About Us
We are a family owned business, and have been serving the Treasure Coast for 15 years. We are the 2nd bounce house company to establish in this area. Our reputation is what has kept us in business for those 15 years. We take pride in keeping all of our equipment clean, sanitized and well maintained to ensure complete satisfaction for all of our customers. Most of our business comes from referrals and word of mouth. We are not a large company, which in turn gives us the ability to be very flexible with our customers and their needs in regards to delivery and pick-up times, set-up locations, weather and other customized requests. We do not have delivery drivers. All of our equipment is owner operated and delivered, which basically means......We Show Up!!!
Policy
Deposits:
Every rental requires a reservation. A 50% deposit is required for
most reservations. The
remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery and set-up. This
reservation and
deposit not only ensures us that you are committed to your date and
time, but also gives you confirmation that we are committed to you for
your date and time as well. Be leery of
companies that do not require deposits, as you will not have a
guaranteed commitment from them that they will show up on your date and
time.
Refunds:
In the event that there is bad weather on the morning of your party or event, we will wait until a ½ hour prior to your party’s start time to set up with weather permitting. If at our discretion we feel the weather is too dangerous at the time to set-up an inflatable or will be approaching soon, we will be unable to set-up an inflatable and your deposit will be 100% refundable. Winds that are in excess of 20 mph would be considered dangerous and would prohibit the set-up of an inflatable. In the event of sickness preventing you from having your party on your scheduled date, we will allow you to apply your deposit to a new date of your choice dependent upon availability. For all other reasons, deposits are non-refundable due to the fact that once equipment is reserved, it will not be made available to other customers.
What To Do:
In the event of rain during your rental, we ask you to leave the bounce house inflated and to cover the compressor if possible. Often, rain showers will pass through. When the rain stops, the kids are allowed to go back in the bounce house at your discretion. If you are having a pool party, please do not allow the kids to go in the bounce house soaking wet. This can make things very slippery and unsafe. They need to dry off the excess water first, and then may go in damp. All children must be supervised at all times. Please do not leave children unattended.
What Not To Do:
Once a bounce house is set-up, we ask that you do not try to move it or switch the electrical outlet that it is plugged into. This can cause damage to the inflatable and the compressor and result in equipment not operating properly. Do not allow sharp objects, pets, candy, gum or anything objects that can stick to or puncture the inflatable. Absolutely no silly string is to be sprayed in, on or near any inflatable as it does not come out!
